1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Prehem, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Prehem.

2. Description of Prehem

Prehem is a premium workflow mobile app for fashion designers, tailors, and atelier businesses. It helps users manage customer records, jobs, measurements, garment records, fabric and reference attachments, sales records, debt or balance records, reminders, subscriptions, and daily business activity.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the information you enter into Prehem and for how you use it in your business. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your records lawful, respect the rights and privacy of your customers, and use Prehem only for legitimate business or personal workflow purposes.

You are responsible for verifying measurements, prices, balances, delivery dates, customer details, and any other business records before relying on them.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details and for activity under your account. Notify us at hello@prehem.com if you suspect unauthorized access or account misuse.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Prehem may offer a Premium subscription. Premium subscriptions are managed through Google Play Billing. Prices, billing periods, renewals, trials, cancellations, and refunds are handled according to Google Play terms and the subscription details shown at purchase.

• Users can manage or cancel subscriptions through Google Play.
• Premium access depends on successful payment, subscription status, and entitlement verification.
• If payment fails, a subscription expires, or verification cannot confirm access, Premium features may be limited or unavailable.
• Prehem does not directly collect or store your full payment card details.

6. Free Limits

Free users can create limited records. Current free limits are:

• 5 jobs per rolling 30 days.
• 10 sales records per rolling 30 days.
• 10 debt records per rolling 30 days.

Rewarded ads may allow extra record creation when available. Availability may depend on region, device, ad inventory, consent settings, app version, service status, and eligibility. Limits and feature availability may change as Prehem evolves.

7. No Guarantee of Business Results

Prehem is a workflow and record management tool. We do not guarantee income, sales growth, customer retention, job completion, debt recovery, profit, or any specific business result.

8. Not a Regulated Financial or Professional Service

Prehem is not a bank, lender, payment processor, accounting firm, tax adviser, legal adviser, insurance provider, or regulated financial institution. Any sales, debt, balance, or payment information you enter is for your own business recordkeeping. You are responsible for financial, tax, accounting, and legal decisions related to your business.

9. User-Generated Business Records

Your customer records, job records, measurements, sales records, debt records, reminders, notes, references, and attachments remain your responsibility. You must ensure that you have the right to upload, store, and use any content you add to Prehem, including customer information and images.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Prehem. You must not:

• Use Prehem for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading activity.
• Upload content that infringes rights, violates privacy, or contains illegal material.
• Attempt to access accounts, systems, data, or features without authorization.
• Reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, scrape, or interfere with Prehem or its providers.
• Use Prehem to send spam, harass others, or impersonate another person or business.

11. Changes to the Service

We may add, remove, suspend, limit, or change features, subscriptions, usage limits, ads, support channels, or service availability. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Prehem after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prehem and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost data, lost business opportunity, business interruption, or loss of goodwill. Prehem is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some limits may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
