Account deletion
You can request deletion of your Prehem account and associated data by emailing Prehem support from the email address linked to your account.

Use this subject line: Delete my Prehem account
Include your account email, phone number if used, and business or workspace name if available.
If your email app does not open, email hello@prehem.com with the subject: Delete my Prehem account.
When your deletion request is verified and processed, Prehem will delete or permanently de-identify your account profile and associated workspace data where technically possible. This may include:
Some records may be retained when necessary or required, including transaction or subscription records, legal records, security records, audit records, fraud prevention records, support history, and records required for legal compliance. Backup systems may also take additional time to expire deleted data.
Prehem aims to respond to account deletion requests within 7-30 days. We may need to verify your identity or account ownership before processing the request, especially if the request is not sent from the email address linked to the account.
