What to include
When contacting support, include:
- Your Prehem account email.
- Your device model and operating system version, if relevant.
- A clear description of the issue or request.
- Steps you took before the issue happened, if reporting a bug.
- A screenshot if useful and safe to share.
- For subscription help, include whether the purchase was made through Google Play.
Account deletion
To request account deletion, email hello@prehem.com from the email address linked to your Prehem account with the subject line Delete my Prehem account. Include your account email, phone number if used, and business or workspace name if available.
